Returns Policy
Fine chocolate is a delicate item subject to temperature and handling. Millcreek Cacao Roasters takes pride in preserving the integrety of your chocolate. We will decide the best shipping option and time for shipping. Temperature and time of year may play a role in how quickly youyr chocolate arrives and we will do all we can to make your experience the best ever!

We do not accept returns on chocolate that has bloomed or been opened.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.).


If you recieve bloomed chocolate please contact us at sales@millcreekcacao.com and we will do all we can to satisfy your needs.


Shipping

Extra shipping is being charged through September as we pack orders very carefully with ice packs.  We can ship almost anywhere in the continental United States. Due to the delicate nature of fine chocolate deliveries will depend on temperature and packaging, therefore we will choose the method of delivery the ensures the quality of your chocolate.
