Millcreek Cacao Roasters began over 14
years ago with a simple belief: working directly with cacao farmers creates better chocolate. Founded by Dana Brewster and Mark Del Vecchio, Millcreek was built around a Farm to Bar philosophy—establishing direct trade partnerships with growers in Ecuador and Nicaragua to ensure every step of the process honored quality, people, and purpose.

Cacao has always been the foundation.
Rather than selecting beans solely by country of origin, Millcreek focused on individual farmers and farms, building relationships that allowed for deeper
insight into growing methods, fermentation techniques, labor practices, and environmental sustainability. This hands-on approach resulted in chocolate with exceptional flavor and consistency, while also making a positive impact on local farming communities. By staying closely connected throughout the full cacao journey, Millcreek developed a product that reflects integrity, intention, and craftsmanship.

Today, Millcreek Cacao Roasters continues into its next chapter under new ownership, carrying forward the values and standards established by Dana and Mark. After years of building and operating our own chocolate brand, we stepped into Millcreek with both respect for its legacy and a clear understanding of what it takes to grow a product-based business responsibly. We’ve lived the challenges of sourcing, scaling, formulation, and manufacturing—and we bring that experience into every partnership we form.
