How do you handle shipping for chocolate orders?


Fine chocolate is delicate, so we carefully pack all orders—especially during warm months—with ice packs to maintain quality. We decide the best shipping option and timing to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. In cases of extreme heat, we may delay shipping to prevent bloom.

What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate nature of fine chocolate, we don’t accept returns for opened or bloomed chocolate. However, if we made a mistake with your order (for example, you received the wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If you receive bloomed chocolate, please contact us at Sales@MillcreekCacao.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
